The staff at Winter Pines, with the exception of one gentleman and the bartenders, are some of the rudest people. There’s a lady that works in the morning who seems annoyed to have to help you. Also, the staff really only caters to the old customers. Whenever there is a group of young people (24-30) they get treated like children by the staff and talked down to. This is the reason why the younger generation is not interested in this sport. I would be okay with the lack of hospitality if the course was at least well kept. Most of the holes smell like a shrimp boat and sitting water. But they recently added new flags on the pins, so that’s something to look forward to.
