This was the second time we had played Springdale. The first was a couple years ago. The course was in great shape for the time of year.

They have recently built a new clubhouse which is beautiful. The restaurant/bar was not open yet but it was expected to open in 2 more weeks.

The course meanders through the valley with some very nice residential homes tucked in that do not encroach on the course. There are a couple creeks that make play interesting and provide a nice ambiance.

Staff was super nice!! They had brand new electric golf carts with GPS and plush seats.

This course is a bit remote but it’s worth the drive. I will return and would consider staying for a golf retreat weekend.

The pace of play was a bit slow. Lots of golf balls lost so bring some extras. The greens were a bit shaggy and slow but that was explained to us as a a result of some fertilizer issues that had damaged the greens and they were letting them recover a bit before mowing again. The course is fun to play. Lots of elevation changes. Long drives in the cart between holes which allowed us to cool off on a hot humid day.

We played 18 holes. The front 9 was a bit slow playing. The greens and next tee boxes were rather close for my liking. I don’t think I’ve ever played on a course where I heard “four” being yelled that often. The back nine was a bit more spread out and challenging. The staff was super friendly. We had lunch at the clubhouse after our round and the food & beer was excellent.

the greens were fast. The fairways had elevation with sand and water on most holes. The layout is awesome and beautiful just don’t think you are getting. A personal best score here. Enjoy the round and recommend a friend for a great course.

My wife and I were traveling through and decided to play 18. It had been raining for days but the course had drained very well. The greens were in great condition and the fairways were adequate. The signage could use some work but temporary signs got us through the round without any problems. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. I would play here again.

Possibly the prettiest course I have ever played. The fairways were better than many greens I have played on. Beer cart came around enough but there was no bathroom available mid-course on the front 9.

The golf course was nice enough but everything seems dated.
