Silver Ridge is one of our favorite courses in Northwest Illinois. 18 fun and challenging holes wind through a beautiful natural setting including hills and creeks accented with charming wooden bridges. Not our home course but we try to play there 2 to 3 times a year

It was a beautiful day, but slow play. A slow foursome in three carts had us (a twosome) waiting on every shot while being pushed by the foursome behind us.

Rude, unfriendly pro shop staff who was not welcoming when we arrived 20 minutes early for our tee time but told us to hurry to catch another twosome who would be told to wait for us to meet them on hole #2. Then the ranger waved us off when we were only approaching the first green so we didn’t keep the twosome we were told to join waiting. We didn’t even get to finish hole # 1. The course conditions were mediocre at best with slow greens. We will not play this course again.

We drive an hour to play here, but it’s worth it. Great layout, some hilly fairways, challenging greens, good hot dogs on the turn.

An interesting course layout with some holes around water but with a lot of bare, hard dirt spots.

Although it’s almost a one hour drive north through the construction traffic on 4, this course makes it worth the drive. Interesting, challenging layout with hills and valleys and fast greens. We were paired with another couple who had not played DeBury, and they were immediately impressed by the challenge of the first hole.

We played this course a couple of years ago, and it has improved. A couple of interesting holes where water, including boats pulling skiers, come into play. Slow greens.

Although the course was not in the best of condition, especially the front greens, we enjoyed playing and have booked another GolfNow tee time there. It's a good value, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the hot dogs on the turn were good!

Although the fairways were quite dry and brown, tee boxes and greens were fine. Enjoyed a fun round of golf at a very good GolfNow price

This is a good course to practice your short game on the extra par 3's. Wide fairways with few water holes. Slow greens.

We are members of Lake Carroll and use GolfNow for our guests. We love the beautifully maintained course and always enjoy the scenery-rolling hills and wildlife.The pro shop has great merchandise-clubs, shoes, clothing including a large selection of ladies wear. Golfing at Lake Carroll is always a great experience and even a better value wih GolfNow.

Enjoyed playing even in the rain. Very friendly staff.
