Albion Ridges is a very nice course, kept in great shape. Rolling ridges, marshes and woods make it sufficiently challenging without causing pain. I have been golfing here a few times every summer for years and have never been disappointed. Try it; you'll like it.

Loggers Trail is a fairly challenging, but fair course. It rewards straight shots and penalizes errant ones. Fairways and greens are in good shape. Not a bad course to walk.

Mission Inn is a wonderful stop on the Florida golf trail. Las Colinas is a bit more forgiving than its sister course, El Campion, but sufficiently challenging for all levels. I used to play from the blue tees, but now enjoy it more from the whites. Staff is friendly, course is in excellent shape, and the layout is very nice. Mission Inn has a fantastic Sunday champagne brunch. Three miles down the road is the Yalaha bakery, a local gem that attracts a breakfast and lunch crowd from a wide area. Mission Inn is worth the drive from Orlando.

Highlands is about 40 miles from my home and well worth the drive. I will definitely play it again.

Albion Ridges is a very nice course, a short drive west of Minneapolis. Fairways and greens are in great shape, and the rough is thick but not high. Lots of ponds, marshes and elevation changes. The course is quite open with just enough trees to enhance the scenery. Each of the three 9s has a different look. The course is not difficult to walk if you want some exercise. Only a few holes require much of a walk from green to tee. I have played the course many times and have never been disappointed.

A fun, challenging course . Water comes into play on almost every hole. I have played the course a number of times and always enjoyed it.
