The previous reviews about the grass and course condition are true. If you hit off the fairway good luck finding your ball. Greens are nicely cared for and staff is friendly. Besides the group in front of us playing 5, not fixing their divots or bothering to rake (granted there wasn’t much sand but still) the pace of play was good once we passed them. You can tell at one time this course used to be very nice but half the lakes are either empty or so covered in algae it’s hard to tell if it’s really water. Would be nice to see them care more for the course.

Course is beautiful and in great shape. Super long par 4’s. Staff is very friendly and the pace of play was great. We have played the south course before but the North Course is very old Palm Springs with wide fairways and greens like glass.

Got a good deal to get off early in the AM before the heat set in. Course has no starter and the restaurant was closed so basically just the pro shop person and the cart person on staff. Greens are very well cared for and there are water stations at many holes. Only porta potties available on the courts and there is minimal shade due to a limited amount of trees. We played 18 holes in 3 hours and had the group behind us hot on our tails as well.

We got a great deal to play at 6:45am on a Friday for $40 each to beat the heat. Staff is very friendly and they are very well staffed. There is cart service and a friendly man who drives around with cold towels to help with the heat. Greens and grounds are nice, only ding is there are quite a few sand traps that are filled with hard pack sand and weeds. Pace of play was fairly quick and we finished 18 in 3.5 hours.
