The course is beautiful and in good condition. Since the course is near the hill, the fairway is not flat and a good shot does not guarantee the ball will land in a desired location because the bounce after landing in a uneven place.
My experience was great, especially after pairing up with a local who has knowledge of the course in the second nine.

very forgiving course
This course is very forgiving, a swing mistake usually does not result in a loss of two strokes because the ball can land in fairway of another hole and is still in good playable position.
