Nice public course! Only playing 14 hole right now due to County work on flood control channel. Course is overall in good shape and it was a nice day to play!

Must first say the course is doing major work right now and is only playing 14 holes. Also greens had just been aerated or would have rated it higher.
Overall course is in pretty good shape. They are obviously doing work on many tee boxes as well, so played rather short today. Fairways are in decent shape for end of summer, rough was a bit long today. Pace was decent and had a good time!

Course in good shape with wet spring we have had. greens and fairways really good for this time of year, normally the fairways would be getting brown and spotty, but this year no!

Course is in good shape, greens good, fairways better than usual for this time of year, due to lots of rain this winter and spring.

Course in decent shape for end of summer in CA, except for the bunkers. Bunkers were dried out and like playing off hard pan or cement. Pace of play was good.

I needed a short course to go out for first time post surgery and Brea Creek was enough to find out how I would stand up. Overall course is in good shape for end of summer in So Cal. Greens had been punched within the week, but I was informed of this at point of booking, so can't complain of being surprised at their condition.
If you want to walk a quick nine, this is a good place to do it!

Many areas of fairway under repair, very disappointing as the greens and most of the fairways are nice. Tee boxes very unlevel.
Biggest problem was that they were very overbooked, we were almost a half hour behind our booked in advance tee time. Not sure of the cause, but they looked like they were trying to get too many on the course as there was a 5 some two groups ahead of us.

Nice course, but slow play and really tricky greens with some very difficult pin placements. We had a group 2 groups ahead that was almost 2 holes behind the group in front of them and course did nothing about it. Pace of play very slow, disappointing that it took about 5 hours on a weekday.

Still a good course for any golfer! Tee boxes and greens in great shape, fairways in good shape for public course in Southern Califonia. Lots of mature trees can be a problem if you find yourself behind them but otherwise a fun course to play!

Have played many times here, but this was the first time it was this slow! There were 2 to 3 groups we caught up to on the fourth hole, very slow, no golf etiquette and took their time with each stroke and they had many. We walked it and caught up even though they were in carts.
Also the greens are still showing signs of recent punching although it is almost a month, many bare spots not grown in. A disappointing day.

Higher slope course than I normally play so was challenging. Had not played it in 10 or so years, but thoroughly enjoyed playing it again. Rough was really thick (why was I in it I must admit!) so more difficult than normal but overall course was in great shape, I sliced a few out of bounds, and that is an issue on this course if you are not a straight hitter but overall I found it a nice challenge and a good day.

Had not played here in many years, was nice to play it again.
Course itself is in pretty good shape, like the layout, a fair amount of trees but pretty wide fairways.
Bridges across creeks and bathrooms on course are in need of attention (clean and paint, please) but a very enjoyable day.

Nice course, challenging with hills, greens in good shape.
Slow play, group two groups ahead was 2 holes behind and course had no one out to speed them along. Talked to clubhouse and they "don't have" anyone out on the course in the afternoons to monitor playing times. Very frustrating, will probably not play here again due to that one factor.

Midweek rounds are a pleasure, always under 4 hours. This past week they had seeded the tee boxes and fairways and were doing some overwatering but otherwise course in good shape

Enjoyed the course. A nice combination of short and longer holes for the average golfer. One caveat for this round, they had just plugged the greens so will not say much about the conditions as they were obviously reseeding not only the greens but the fairways and rough were very short and reseeded as well. We played in just under 4 hours and while our play was not great the course was in pretty good shape given the conditions

Nice course with good layout. Was a bright windy day when played and the wind does alter shots. Probably not entirely fair to rate this course the day we played as the greens had been plugged in the last several days so putting was a bit of a challenge. Overall condition of the course is good and it offers a nice challenge for the recreational golfer. I was not hitting the ball as well as I would have liked on this date, so hard to say how the course would play if I had been striking the ball better.
