Third time playing out here, and I must say it never disappoints! The layout was challenging but fair. All of the fairways, rough, tee boxes, and bunkers were well maintained. Then there is the greens. The beautiful and rare bent grass, which were PERFECT. Not too fast, and true as can be. The were soft enough to where any player could hold the greens. Also, my cousin and I got a real kick out of the yardage books they give you. They contain well-animated overviews and a poetic description of each hole that made you well informed and excited to play. I have been trying to break 80 for about a year and I finally got it together here with a 78! Had to leave with a shirt a hat with their brand on it. Could not recommend a course highly enough. Thanks Edgewater!

It is one of my favorite courses in Charlotte. Golfnow got me a great deal for such a nice layout. Teeboxes, bunkers, fairways, and rough were all very well taken care of in the midst of a drought. Usually the best part about this place are the greens, and the were still nice but long, making for really slow putts. I assume its to prevent them from getting burnt out. It didn't take away from the overall experience so paying 24 bucks was a bargain! I was a single and people were very friendly about letting me play through so I took 3 hours which was perfect! I would suggest this place as far as public courses within 30 minutes of uptown.

This golf course featured some of the truest greens I have played all summer. They were fast, but not too fast and only a few burnt areas that did not really affect the line. The tee boxes, fairways and rough were perfect. Must play for the deal I got. Will come back here again soon.
