The course is in very good condition except for the bunkers. A lot of rain has taken it's toll on them. Many are washed out and need a lot of new sand worked in.

Course is in great condition. Fairways, tees and greens.

Golf course excellent shape. Bunkers and greens were very nice.

If not a pretty accurate and consistent player would not recommend this course. Unless you have plenty of golf balls. Water is in play on every hole except for number 1. But if you hit an errant shot you can find the water on that hole also. The greens were nice, smooth firm and fast. You want to play with a member or regular player the first time. Some of the water hazards are not easily seen from the tee.
