Better value elsewhere

First problem is no range, just a net off mats. Played the blue tees, some were quite small and very uneven. More weeds than grass. Overall layout is Ok.
For just under $100 there is better value elsewhere in the area

Very poor conditions

While the layout here is good, especially on the back 9, the conditions were the worst I’ve encountered on a course in a long long time. Tees and fairways had large dead areas and greens were at times unputtable.
Pace was great (about 3 hr for 2 walking) because very few people there.
Do not recommend anyone play here until they improve the conditions
