The course was in fair condition tee to green but the greens were slow and hard to hold with approach shots. Overall the course is a moderate challenge with hidden hazards for the 1st time player, luckily I played with some guys who had local knowledge of where to avoid. As long as you keep it in the fairway you should do ok, missing the fairway on some holes will cause trouble.

1st round at the course. Found the fairways very generous and easy to hit. Few hidden hazards that playing partners pointed out helped me avoid trouble. Did notice that some of the bunkers were muddy or just plain hard, never had to hit from them but others did. Greens were rolling true with all seeming to be the same speed. Overall the course looked like it was dry (brown) but I think there was some recent rain as the course was soft in a few spots. Only complaint I had was the pace of play. We were a foursome following another foursome and we waiting on every shot after the first hole. After a few holes there was no sight of the group in front of the group that was holding us up so I am assuming they finished in 4+ plus hours whereas we did not!

Course is setup for any level of golfer if playing the right tees. It had rained the night before so there was plenty of standing water and soft spots even in the bunkers. The carts were only cart path. Not sure if the cart path only rule was what slowed played but after the 2nd hole we waited (our foursome) on every shot for the remainder of the round. The round took 5 hours and normally it is between 3.5-4 hours. The greens were smooth, true and receptive of inbound shots but just a little slow, perhaps due to the rain. Bunkers were wet with packed sand.

Started the round with a 2+ club wind which makes this course even more challenging. The fairways and greens were in good shape and the fescue was at a reasonable height and thickness which made finding your ball easy but still a challenge to get out. The greens did have many My only complaint was the bunkers, they were raked but some were lacking some sand so it made difficult to play them as a normal sand trap.

The course was in good shape. Greens were receptive with good shots and rolled true. Only problem was the slow play from a group two groups in front of us. They were in no hurry to finish in less than 5 hours which on this course should be done in less than 4 hours. No marshall to be found to help speed up play.

Arrived at course and was told front nine was closed due to too much water, told we could play the back nine twice. The back nine was much shorter than the front and was not very challenging. Wide open fairways. When we came around after the first nine we had to wait in line to tee off for our second nine. Not sure how they expected people going to their 2nd nine to merge with the people who had tee times going off at that time. No one around to marshal how this was to be done. Overall course was in average shape with fairways just ok with bare patches. The greens were true but slow and it seemed like they have been recently sanded. We finished the first 9 holes in 1.5 hours but took 2.5 to do the same nine holes the 2nd time around.

Fairways were in good condition and the greens were excellent but the rough was mostly weeds. Expect to have no straight in putts as the greens have subtle slopes but roll true and I found them to all run about the same speed(not slow or fast). Bunkers were mostly raked and very playable with lots of soft sand. Played the round in under 2 hours by myself as the course was not busy on a Sunday morning. Lot of blind shots so I spent time driving up to see where I should be hitting. Having played the course before would definitely be an asset. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

Had early tee time and the starter put me with another single. Course was in very good condition including fairways and greens. Some bunkers had not been raked but then I was only in 1 all day. A few blind shots made it good to have someone along who had played the course. Course does have some challenging holes but you can score well if hitting it straight. Finished the round in under 3 hours. Not sure what the regular price is but it was a steal at $14 with cart, it was well worth it.

I have played this course several times over the years and I must say this is the worse condition I have seen it in. The best thing was the greens which were smooth but had patches of weeds on some of them. The fairways were sparse with dirt patches. The bunkers were not racked in fact some bunkers didn't even have racks. Overall the course looked like it had just the minimum being done to hit, cutting the grass and tending to the greens. The staff was very friendly but the course was not very busy. I played the round in 2 hours with 2 foursomes and 1 twosome allowing me to play through. If you get a Hot deal as I did for $10 it is worth it for a practice round to get some swings in.

Played the 9 holes twice from different tee blocks. Overall condition of the course was fair with some of the greens having no grass patches but still very playable. Great deal of only $15 for 18 holes including the cart and taxes in. Wide forgiving fairways and shorter holes made it easy to score well.

Position type golf course and easily walked. Many holes played with irons of the tee. Course was in excellent shape. Played the 18 in under 3 hours. Worth the money if you get a deal not worth it if paying full price. Many nicer courses around for the same full price cost.

The course was in great shape except for the greens. The greens were very firm so well placed approaches did not stick, you had to play short and let it release to the hole. They were also slower than usual but that was a good thing as they are usually very quick if you are not ready for them. We finished the 18 in under 3 hours although it wasn't busy. This course is normally a 5-6 hour round due to slow play. Had a deal at 40% off making it worth the cost to play, normal price is a bit high.

Course was in great shape except for the greens that had some frost damage but had been rolled and cut short so they rolled true. Pace was quick-18 holes in 3 hours. First 7 holes and 18 are part of old course-somewhat easy, remaining holes are more challenging with shot accuracy at a premium on many holes. Used a Hot deal to play this course, well worth the money.

The course is very forgiving for shots just off line but still requires some ability to score well. The course was still a little damp in spots from the heavy rains from days earlier but overall was in good condition. The course is very scenic with many views of the mountains in the background.

Played the 1st nine in less that 1.5 hours and the 2nd nine in more than 2.5 hours due to 2 guys playing slow holding up even foursomes with beginner golfers. Ranger didn't try to speed them up which made the day longer than it should have been. Played the King to start with, scored very well. Squire was 2nd nine, due to waiting every shot did not score as well. Both nines could be considered fairly forgiving and easy to score.

Found the course challenging but didn't have my A game on this day. The course was cart path only on the day we played. Overall the course was in good condition and play was quick with my foursome done in less than 3.5 hours.

From previous reviews I was expecting a very challenging course with much difficulty. I was playing well that day but did not get in trouble all day, fairways were generous and greens receptive. Overall condition of the course was just OK, very playable but could use some TLC to fix weeds throughout the course including some on greens. The fairways and greens were in good shape (less weeds) considering the regular temps in the 90's.

Everyone including maintenance workers very friendly. Challenging course with perfect greens. Teed off at 9am and finished 18 within 3 hours. Booked another tee time.
