Bumpy cart paths,diseased greens ,leaky plumbing in the fairway, uncut fairways that resemble pasture,bunkers with weeds and no maintenance...this used to be a great course but unfortunately the owners have abandoned it...I will too until something in the line of standard course maintenance is done...

This was probably not the weather to play this course again. Hot and steamy on this course breeds gnats that find every open orifice and fly in. Hard to concentrate on your next shot when a bug just flew up your nose or bounced off your eyeball. Love the course, don't get me wrong, but certain times of the year the bugs rule and that makes this course miserable to play.

I always forget this course has Bermuda fairways that turn to mud and duck poop in the winter months. In warm weather this course is the bomb...great layout ...greens were in great shape but speed varied from green to green.

The parking lot was almost empty that should have been our first clue that golfers are staying away..that hit home on the first fairway. Maintenance is not on this courses menu...they might be trying; bring it back because /here were soggy spots everywhere ....bunkers are completely neglected, some had more water than the water hazards. Tee boxes were dry and uneven ...greens were receptive (soft) and rolling well. Ya get what you pay for.
Not sure I'll be back anytime soon. There are too many courses that understand what maintenance means.

Hey golfers there is a course in North County that is the breeding facility for all the gophers raised for distribution throughout San Diego co. The course is also not ashamed of charging you as much as a real golf course charges for an experience on unmaintained fairways, bunkers and tee boxs...avoid Boulder oaks until they spend money on maintenance....

Got a great rate but hadn't planned on putting on a pinball surface . Putts would hold the line due to recent maintenance...the rest of the course was great.

Greens are rolling great and fairways are green and in some places thin... of course this is a benefit as well as a problem for those of us who need something under the ball to make our approach shot..the benefit is the amount of roll... I would like to see them go back to the colored flag position for front center back...

The best executive course I've played . It's some kind of (short) course that allows you to use every club in your bag and have a lot of fun doing it. Conditions were what you would expect to on a winter day in socal ...thin fairways dormant kukuya rough but absolutely amazing greens. No disease on these greens...the rock rolls great on these carpets...beautiful!!!

Upon arrival we found our 10 am tee time pushed back a full hour, practice limited to irons only and fairways brown and lifeless. Just like hitting off soft dirt. Greens that in most instances had disease issues with the ball jumping from patch to patch. This is a great course in spring summer and fall. Someone dropped the ball this winter.

I had not played Arrowood for several months. Love how the new super has upgraded the course. Conditions could not have been better. Some areas of soggy conditions most likely due to extremely low humidity and crews protecting the course.. Greens running about 11 with only a few unpredictable rolls. Rough was fair and manageable. Fairways
tight and giving great roll. Just another great day of golf.

Normally this course is a great value . This day was the course was overbooked and the greens were terrible. The starter allowed a five some to go out clogging the course. My group had to wait 10 min. at each tee box. AVOID this course .

Fairways and areas around the greens are in great shape. Fun and challenging layout. Would have liked to know the greens were punched 4 days prior to my playing. The greens are at this time un-put table. More like a pinball game than a putting green. The ball bounces and jumps between the punch marks. Not good when going for birdies.

Course is well layed out and is fun for average players. It has a big course feel with black tees for the wanna be big hitters

Tee times are booked so close together there is ALWAYS another group breathing down your back. This is the place if you like pressure golf. Never again. JC sucks
