1st time. Been a long time since i used every club in the bag during a round. Played with a regular named “Gail” who showed me how to play this track without being super long tee>>fairway. A lot greens drop down fairway>>green unless you blast it thru, but if you stay on the high tiers before the drop it will be significantly easier for the guys who dont hit it too far. Greens are soft enough to attack pins, but the downhills are ruthlessly fast. Unfortunately all WV Courses feel like 4-5 footers are 7-9 footers. I experienced it, group with me experienced it. Imo its because of the heavy contour of the sloping greens to make this course much more difficult green>>hole. Probably once pinnable overtime become unpinnable for 7+ hole locations, cant knock them when everyone does it.

One of my favorite tracks of the 4 del Webb courses in sun city grand… absolute horrid conditions this season, they should be ashamed & emberrassed the quality of the fairways and greens. Should be 1/2 off the other courses in the community.

Saw this place was getting a lot of hate, decided to give it a go… if you play on the weekend it’s going to be a wait, I highly recommend walking it (no discount unfortunately) which will make it feel like the pace isn’t terrible, reasonably flat for easy walking.

Heard people say this is the greenest the course has ever been, and it’s not terrible at all, for what you pay, you should expect what you get. Overall a decent muni feel layout.

Worst part of this place: The greens are the worst greens I’ve played in all AZ, they are thick and you reeaallly must pound your putts, definitely don’t expect to drain any 15 footers without a miracle from god.

Good track, challenging greens, tee boxes set up right for degree of difficulty level… probably best wings in maricopa @ the bar.

Currently on a 5 1/2 hour round while on 14. It’s been terrible. Avoid this place on weekends. Sh** hole of a track for how busy it is.

Garbage.

Could have played at 7:30 for $14. Or a hot deal at 9-11 for $24 but I try getting out at noon on a weekday in may at a Tempe course as it’s getting warmer is $40!!!!!. Worked at courses my whole life, currently work at ping. What bogus management. I worked at a city municipal and this ain’t it.

First time @ A.C.C and I will never be coming back. Lets start off by saying, great deal... $25 for 2 beers and a hot dog on Cinco De Mayo weekend. Our tee time was delayed by an hour (10:52) and we were trending on a 5 1/2 hour round and decided to call the last two holes after being behind the world it felt. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $10-15 somewhere else. I've played up and down AZ and this is by far the worst course I've ever play at.
