For the price it can't be beat! They have amazing practice facilities and the course was in great condition. They recently aerated the greens and tee boxes but it didn't really affect our play.

Course was in great condition, greens were slow and fairways are really tight. For a first timer at the course we were a little confused by the cart path deviations through housing driving on two lane roads from green to tee. Their computer system on the cart was a great addition showing layup distances and front, middle, and back distances to the green. The course can be challenging for long drivers who don't hit it right down the middle.

Greens were horrible, aerated and covered in sand. Like putting on the beach! We were compensated with $25 coupon for the next round do to course conditions. I really like the course layout and they do keep things running smoothly. Another week or so and the course will be perfect.

For the price it was a great deal, the fairways and tee boxes were like a backyard (mowed but not weeded). The greens were in good shape and fast. I would play it again.

Played with one other person and finished in just over 3 hours. Course conditions were good and greens were above normal for this time of year!
