Staffs and amenities.....thumbs down down down

The course condition is way below average. It means their maintenance of course is bad.
The staff at pro shop is not friendly.

Since owner and GM are changed, this golf facility is no more fun. They always think their profit first, customer services way later.

They think they are the king because this golf facility is only place to play and practice for public in main Santa Clarita area.

Hopefully, they are getting way better after this review.

$32 for a electric cart.

One of my knee is not good, I have to ride at every round. Single rider have to pay additional $32 just for renting a cart.
What a greed!

Balboa at Sepulveda Golf Complex

I didn't play because I couldn't play. I need refund.

Hi,
my reservation number is 333201159, I reserved on May 28 using promo code (SDz6gVxXg) and I paid rest of balance.
tee time is 1:50 PM June 3rd (including cart).

Today, about 100F temperature and my left knee is not good but, I thought it wouldn't be problem if I ride a cart.
However, when I talked with a clerk (his name is James P) at the course around 1:20 PM today, I was very disappointed.

He said because of curfew, the cart is not available. I told him I can't play without a cart because of a bad knee. He said he understand and nothing he can do. Besides he said GolfNow should refund to me.
I decided not to play and I drove my home back. (It was wasted my time.)

Please solve the problem. (the attached is the paper he gave me.)
- I want refund and the same value of promo code that I used.

Besides, please let me know how I contact (by phone) your representative. It is very difficult to connect.
