I’ve played here 5 or 6 times now, and this course is one of my favorites in New Jersey. It’s always very well maintained, the layout is fantastic and the greens are always in top condition. Well worth the price to play here.

Coming from NY where the courses are still closed, I’ve played here twice thus far and find Tamarack West to be a great course. The staff is super friendly and attentive to your needs. The starter does a great job managing all the golfers coming through. The fairways and greens are in excellent shape and is a well designed course. Would definitely come back.

Silver Lake is by far the best public course on Staten Island. The course conditions are always in great shape and the course employees are always hard at work maintaining the course. The pace of play can be a bit slow at times but overall, the best public course for the money.
