Layout poor and the basic upkeep for a golf course have gone by the wayside. Hard dry fairways, rough, cartpaths, bunkers and teedecks. Ruts and hardpan EVERYWHERE! Forced to move my shot all day in fairway to find grass. Only the greens are receiving what appears to be adequate watering to keep them puttable. Staff were the only enjoyable part of this course.

Most enjoyable day
No complaints with course conditions or layout. Greens rolled smooth and true at decent speed. Played early as two in 3 hrs. Staff helpful and courteous. Overall, a nice experience from start to finish.
