POOR COURSE CONDITIONS

Golf course and old basic clubhouse need some work. This is a SENIOR complex. Tee boxes are terrible, fairways and rough very bumpy and greens full of weeds. Greens get better on the back nine. Course layout and pace of play was good today. NO beverage cart on course. Staff friendly.

VERY tight tree lined course. Bring extra balls!

Excellent layout,but very tight.Practise green was excellent. The rest of the greens had maintenance problems.Putting speed was fast for winter time. Some tee decks are too small and showed some wear.Fairways are in good shape. Overall a great course and I would gladly play again.
