Back 9 is much better than the front. Great views. Several holes along a river. No supplies or water on the course. Would definitely play it again. Could use more water in several places.

Course is always in great shape and the greens are the best in the mecca.

The course was doing cart path improvements during our round and should be fine when complete.
There was a sixome in front of us for the front nine so play was slow. They split up on the back. Unfortunately the winds were gusting to 30 mph on the day we played so some of the holes played long. The course was in decent winter shape. It is the only game in town and I would play it again. Overall a 3.5 Star.

This course is awesome. First time playing and will definitely be back. Course was in great shape for early spring in Northern Michigan. The course conditions would have gotten a 5 star in another couple weeks once the weather breaks. Holes were all unique and greens were in great shape. Considerable water but generally friendly. 20' high wooden truss cart bridge with the Maple River bisecting the course. Staff was very helpful and friendly. This is a must play!
