Beautiful course. True rolling greens in 4 Star shape. A true 4 Star. Not a member 5 Star that should be a 2 Star. Wonderful round. Fair warning. Should have had Troy the alligator hunter with me. Don’t see them in Virginia. And finally a course with real sand. Fluffy white sand. I’ve found a place to retire!

Don’t believe on phone or on line pricing. Was told juniors were free but would pay for cart. Understandable. Played last week for that pricing after specifically asking on the phone. Went today to be told no junior rates and my 15 yo son would have to pay regular adult fee. I’m sure many 15 yo players can afford that. After telling me no junior rate, he said juniors were 14 and under. Wow. Which is it. Too expensive for a bobumpkin course in the middle of nowhere. Hopefully other area courses care about kids becoming involved. Disappointing.@$80.00 for a man and kid on a Thursday.

Used to like the place. Grew up playing it. Maybe now i play other enough to know what a dump this place really is. No fairway grass, work cones placed by greens, ineffective rude staff just to name a few. And brace yourself for a loooong round secondary to the type of inner city player youll expect to encounter. Got alittle more money? Its worth more to go somewhere else.
Your own website prices Thursday’s at 7:30 for 54.00 for 2 adults and a cart. You charged me $74.00. Check your own website and educate yourself on your pricing. Oh and thanks for the “discount “ of the $20.00 you overcharged me in the first place.
Let’s be honest. I was charged $74.00 “Discounted” $20 after the round only when I complained and manager didn’t show when promised before I began play. Was told he would address situation after the round then told he wasn’t available. Course is fair as I have indicated in review. Staff, on the other hand was less than stellar. I’ll let the readers judge for themselves. Also sorry for your confusion.
Sorry for any confusion. As anyone who plays here knows, we cater to youth golfers. We hope you enjoyed your discounted rate of $54.00 for two players with cart!
