My golfing approach is more about taking advantage of what the courses offers me. I am not a long ball hitter so I try to work my way around the course trying to position an approach shot that will leave an opportunity to sink an easier putt. I like to play various courses to better challenge my game.

#2 difficult island green but fun. The course layout gives you different looks so that you can work the ball both left to right and right to left.

Just another Day in Paradise. Course allows you to work the ball going different directions on different holes. Great people. Great grill. No complaints.

February is tough on courses in Texas. Greens did not disappoint. In fact, greens were great! Fairways good. Sand traps needed some work but playable.

The course has all the features that make it a joy to play. It is a shotmaker's course. You need length on some holes to make the dogleg. On all, you need some control of your wedge game to score effectively. The sand traps were in decent shape based upon recent rains. The greens were fast and ideal.

Great buy. Staff very friendly. Worth the drive. Course conditions manicured. Carts nice and clean. Bunkers raked and clean.

If you have a bad round, look no further than your so-called swing. This course puts the onus squarely on your shoulders. Great up and down allows the golfer to get it close or not based upon your skill level. Settle back and enjoy the ride. The use of water and challenging greens keeps you sober for the entire trip. Enjoy and kudos to the staff. Again, what's not to like?
