The course is rapidly deteriorating. The rains seem to have taken a toll on it with washed out cart paths. The greens are damaged, probably eaten out by bugs in spots, but where there was turf, the roll was pretty good. Fairways are not too bad, but you could get a ball sitting in a hole/depression. I like to play the ball where it lies and these lies in the fairways made for some mishits.
