If you like crabgrass fairways with clover and bear spots this is your course . Aerated front 9 was closed and back was just aerated with too much sand left on them and should have been rolled to complete the job. They say there a new greenkepper bulldozing the course should be in the plans and rebuild . Paid for 18 ,walked off after 9. The only thing I got out of the 9 holes was I got some swings in even though I scored OK.

Course has held up from the heat and watering,its still green with some dried out spots in rough not fairways.worth the play you will enjoy the course.

Course was in good shape. They were cautious about fairways and had to drive only on cart path or rough. No fairways. To me it was not a problem I enjoy playing the course.

Course only back9 open aerateing . Back 9 greens where unputtable loaded with sand on surface.. The cart paths asphalt was all broken up and narrow. You can see why its not private anymore it's not well keep up. Call to find out if this course is on the way up to play and be satisfied on day of play..The course at one time might have been good but not now.

Course is being reconstructed to new layout . Is about 80% but playable and can enjoy . Is a rough ride in a cart ( Not smooth) Greens are very good. Course will have potential when completed .

Not in , good shape very dry .Some fairways are in bad shape . Winter rules in fairway. the deal I paid was not a deal considering conditions did not see any maintenance being done to correct the course. not what you want in a course you are trying what the write up said about course.

Has a good on there 3 year plan . At this time they have a good start. Greens are very tricky and fairways are in good shape..Traps are playable.. You should enjoy the experiences of the course. The tees are in the works to be good.

Great layout,variety of holes. Good course to use a cart even from front 9 to back . Its a very long walk and after 15 to 16 which is back to original front 9 side. But what a scenic course . We all enjoyed the experience. All the holes have there own character and are not with any holes parallel fairways.. You want a course that excites you and has tee marker that have a story history on it. Put it on your bucket list..

The fairways were burnt out on the front and a couple on the back. Greens were very good but just a littte slow . The course looks more like a pasture then a golf course .

Course is 100 % . From parking to driving away . Everything is good . We played on a Monday it was not crowded . My friend and I played in 3 hours . Conditions of the course were taken care of fairways,greens,traps,tees. ideal conditions you would want to play in .

Enjoyed play this again it's been 5 years and was great . Played in a 2 some with a friend and he was blown away how the course was so good. Which was the first he played this course.

Not too many straight putts or flat. Course has good verity of holes.very adventures navagating around the course hole by hole.
