I paid for a hot deal online and then was told I couldn’t play. Some guy at the front desk said they don’t have hot deals at the time slot that was online that I already paid for and said I could not play. What kind of customer service is that ? Also it was just to fill a foursome. They already had a 3 some filled for that slot. It’s a shame cuz I’ve played here dozens of times over the years BUT WILL NOT be back. Just very poor customer service and with so many good golf courses around to choose from I would think you would accommodate your customers better

I enjoyed this course a lot and I shot horrible so that should say something. Very challenging to say the least. Hard pin placements. I will defy e back and try to beat the course this time instead of it beating me. Staff was phenomenal. No complaints other than maybe the pace of play which was a little slow IMO. Will def be back

Course wastop if the line. We loved it was a little cold and still enjoyed our round. A definite must play course especially if you get a hot deal like we did for $105. Highly recommend

The very best course. Hands down really no questions asked. I mean the course is always in the very best shape anywhere in TN but what separates them from any other course is the staff. Greatest staff for a golf course I've ever played. I've played proli about 100 different courses throughout the U.S. My 1st choice when left up to me where to play and btw I live an hour and 10 mins away. Great job Greystone as always.

First let me say I play a lot of golf here and around and this is the first time I've encountered this. Purchased 2 rounds online and pre paid got there and were playing when my buddy got a call from school and had to go pick up his little girl shouldn't be a problem right ? Just get a rain check they will understand. Wrong. They wouldn't do it very disappointed. Might look at the other 20 courses around middle Tn next time sorry cuz the course is proli in best shape in a long time.
