We arrived early for breakfast , which is good value for your money and then after we warm up on first tee . We proceeded to play the fairway in very good condition with excellent green they were true and quiet quick , the golf ball roll on line , the first cut of rough about 1" deep and the second cut about 2" to 3"" deep so if you hit your ball in there it was quiet difficult to find as a lot of clover and the ball sat down , the bunkers were in good condition with the odd one GUR due to a lot of water in them .
