Cross Creek Golf Course
Played On 06/24/2016A Pleasant Suprise
This little gem has been hiding just west of 27 on 224 for some time now. I was very pleased with the condition of the course..(Hard to lose a ball unless you deserve it.) The layout, especially on the back, was both challenging and pleasing to the eye, with water and blind shots featured on several holes. And #18. Wow! What a finishing hole. I won't spoil it though...The staff person was friendly and efficient, and a group even let me play through at one point. This does not happen everywhere. The Double Eagle (The bar and restaurant) upstairs had a decent selection of good food and drink as well, All in all, I had a quality experience at Cross Creek, and would highly recommend it to a friend. I would consider it worthy of a return trip as well.
Dogwood Glen Golf Course
Played On 8/19/2013Very entertaining layout
I have never met a 9 hole course quite like this. Water, doglegs, blind shots, and undulating greens make up this shotmaker's course. If you don't have a short game and an accurate tee ball you should stick with your local track. Visually pleasing, 2 times around this combination of nature and young housing community will not dull the senses, but instead entertain and challenge your entire party.
Nine Hole at Lakeside Golf Course
Played On 6/06/2013Lakeside always feels like home
Lakeside does not offer rolling fairways, fantastic elevations, or water holes like a lot of courses. What it does offer is a quick, friendly round of enjoyable golf. What we don't realize is that the staff here literally brings this course back from the dead every single season. They are located in a nasty flood plain that devastates the course each time there is excess rain. Despite some bumps and bare spots out there, all is forgiven when one considers what the friendly and efficient staff at Lakeside has to endure to produce a quality experience for their members and visitors.
Autumn Ridge Golf Club

Staff person lacked customer service skills, but course was very pretty.
Autumn Ridge Golf Club
Played On 5/22/2013Very pretty course, stylish backdrop with the homes.
Despite the inexperienced and dismissive staff person, the course was beautiful.
La Fontaine Golf Club
Played On 5/17/2013pretty course. natural settings blend with the housing community.
fun course, not too long. Friendly staff but the cart paths were a bit rough.
Cherry Hill Golf Club
Played On 5/08/2013Very pretty course, stylish backdrop with the homes.
Intelligently constructed, there is not much chance of one hitting these elegant homes, despite the number of them. Lots of character and deceptive greens are what you can expect. The island green? A terrific experience in itself, and certainly one worthy of saving your "mulligan" for. I would recommend this course.
Eagle Glen Golf Course
Played On 5/3/2013This course has more than one personality.
By that I meant that I was pleasantly taken aback by what Eagle Glen had to offer by the way of variety in a single 18 hole round. You will encounter elevation changes, trees, water, doglegs, tight lies, some housing, a few treeless links style holes, and tucked pins on subtle greens. A delightful combination of holes that has you using every club in the bag. The course was in good shape despite some recent flooding. The staff were cordial and efficient, and our tee time was honored to the minute. A shot maker's course as opposed to the long hitters', Eagle Glen offers an enjoyable yet challenging experience that won't take 5 hours to complete.
Colonial Oaks Golf Course
Played On 4/30/2013Numerous trees require a well placed shot here.
The rough was thick and the greens littered with debris. Understandable this time of year I suppose. The issue I had was that the cart had little to no stopping power. Bad brakes.
