Pretty much everything that could go wrong went wrong. The staff was rude and unfriendly when checking in, as noted by other reviewers. They seriously overbooked the greens, so everybody was stacked on top of each other. The other players on the course were also rude--we were played into twice while on the green, and one group behind us actually picked up our ball (they were moving up the previous course as we were moving up the next hole that runs parallel but in opposite direction). They were treating the lawns during the peak/busiest time of the day, so the lawn guy ran over one of ours balls with the lawn mower. And as noted by other reviewers, the fairways are much in need of better care and maintenance, as are the sand traps (which are not maintained or raked or kept up at all). These are just the basic things that need to be immediately improved; this says nothing about all the other things that are barely average or a little bit subpar (clubhouse, food options, amenities, etc.).
