Use of “Crossovers”

Course s/b removed from Golf now due to use of “Crossover” tee offs simultaneously on 1st & 10th tees. I had a 730am tee time to beat the crowd. They had me tee off on the 10th tee & when I had to crossover to the 1st tee, they expected me to wait 15 minutes & then go behind a 5 some!
