I loved the course and views from the different holes. For me personally, the course was a little too difficult. I don't hit the ball very far and there were several holes where you needed to clear obstacles in one shot. The fairways were narrow and the first cut put you into some heavy grass. Needless to say, I went through a lot of golf balls, but we still had fun.

My husband and I were on vacation in Atlantic City, celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. We had a travel agent plan our trip and asked him to book 3 local courses for us to play since we were unfamiliar with the area. Harbor Pines was by far my favorite. We arrived a little early, but the staff had no problem getting us started. The course was in good condition and a fun course to play. The rangers had a constant presence and kept the pace of play moving. We also enjoyed the burgers, wings and beer after our round. Staff was very friendly and inviting.

My husband and I love to golf here. Rates are cheap and the place is never crowded. We can play 18 holes in under 3.5 hours. Yes, the course isn't anything fancy and the fairways and greens aren't always groomed perfectly, but it's great for a nice, relaxing day on the golf course.

This course certainly needs to be better maintained, but it's a great place for a slow-paced, take your time, enjoy the day round of golf. Not to mention that the price is right. You're never pushed or held up by other golfers, you can always jump ahead a hole or two if need be. Love the area and the wildlife on the course every time we are there. Clubhouse could be a better stocked with drinks and snacks, but we'll take what we get for the price.
