Overall condition was just OK but the greens were better than average... You can see they are making improvements throughout the course... Well worth the price.

In great condition with fantastic greens. The course is very challenging due to the amount of trees and speed and slope of the greens, well worth the money just be prepared for a challenge!

The greens are in good condition but are pretty slow, all in all a fun course and worth the price.

The greens were somewhat slow due to overseeding in progress but the course layout is challenging and it's good value for the money.

Overall the course is in fair condition but the greens are by far the best part of the course, not super fast but very smooth rolling.
