Course was in great shape. some greens looked blotchy, but they rolled true.

while most courses in the valley have gotten silly with their pricing, AC remains a playable option. greens were good

Loved the course. Great layout, challenging but no tricks - except for super fast greens. do not get above the hole or short side yourself.

Loved the course, all interesting holes, some might be considered quirky. greens were super fast, almost unfair when paired with large slopes and tilt of greens.

Greens in good shape but fairways looked like mid July rather than mid-May. Concerned about what this will look like in a few weeks if they dont get on top of it.

Pace was good until we ran into back of a scramble tournament and then it was 2 deep on the tee box for the last few holes

+ Layout is not tricky but does require some shot-making. Smaller greens and all were in good shape

- course conditions were 'average', hoping for a little better for January.

Course was in very good shape, particularly considering time of year. .

I like the layout, greens in good shape. Fairways are typically in great shape but this time not so much. lots of burnt out patches. I don't think this is indicative of anything other than they missed the timing of killing off the winter rye relative to the Bermuda coming in. playing partners said only a few weeks ago course was in best shape in years

Course in great shape. not long but it almost doesn't matter what tees you play, the challenge is all on and around the greens, which can be challenging.

Played today and course was in good shape, particularly the Greens and fairways. Off the fairway could get a little scruffy but that's the risk you take when you sail it wide. You can score here but the bunkering keeps you on your toes if you get a little out of position. Fun day and will continue to come back

Have played this course at least a dozen times and easily the worst condition it's ever been in. Also worst condition of all courses in this price range, all which are in amazing shape following over seed. Greens very bumpy, terrible. Fairways okay, some tee boxes unmowed although we were 2nd group out. Off the fairway was weeds, clover, dirt - basically just unmanaged. Not sure what has happened here

Love this course. Interesting layout that keeps your attention. However, I was very surprised to learn (while one the course) that there is limited drinking water on course, no cart person and a very limited amount to purchase in pro shop. on a summer day in Phoenix, this borders on dangerous for the golfer. was told later that course doesn't have restaurant license so no cart person but no reason they cant have big water jugs on the course or ice buckets on the cart if you bring your own. love this course but will have to think twice before playing again before October
