This course needs to improve the chipping area, bunkers needs better quality sand free from pebbles and rocks. The pace of play needs improvement especially if you’re going to charge over $100 for peak play pricing. Love the layout and love the greens.

This is not a $100 golf course most of the bunkers just have a top layer of sand filled with rock and stones. They need to do a better job of spacing their teetimes so you’re not on top of the group in front. Player assistance needs to do a better job of moving players along they were people taking a very long time looking for their balls. In short the pace of play needs improvement and greens needs better mowing.

Bunkers could use some sand, greens were slow and pace of play needs a lot of work.

This is a great course for the price, however, the pace of play could be improved along with sand in the bunkers. Greens were slow maybe due the recent seeding and aerating of the course.

I’ve played this course 10 years ago I was in the area and decided to play the course again. The personnel and facility has deteriorated significantly. I had a 1:12 teetime I arrived 45 minutes before to warm-up and hit some balls I was told they ran out of range balls. I said okay give me keys to my golf cart I was told they had no carts available and they will call me when one is available. An hour after my scheduled teetime they still had no carts available. I decided to walk the course they refunded my cart fee but charged for a pulled cart. A friendly club centered on customer service will provide this as a courtesy for my inconvenience. They did not because of this I will never play this course again and advise others to do the same. BTW, it was a 5 hour round with no marshals.

Did not like the layout too many blind shots and not sand in the bunkers.

played early bird special so pace of play was not an issue course in great shape green were fast but the bunkers needed some attention some was lacking sand.

The course was going through remodeling It was a long walk from the parking lot to the pro shop no one was there to greet us to take our bags. I had my 15-year-old daughter with me to ride along they wanted to charge for her to ride along. Needless to say, I canceled my tee time and requested a refund went to Woodlands where they didn’t charge for the ride along. Plus, they were much more friendlier than Colony West.

Enjoy the course enjoy the amenities and enjoy the staff very pleasant people

two great courses north & south both had a great staff the north is the older course in need of TLC. it was hard to find drinking water, ball washers, cart girls and sand in the bunkers. great value for the price the course has great potential if they invest the time and money. play this course first then go across the street to the south you'll see and feel the difference.

The staff is friendly and accommodating the course is in good condition they needs a solution for the bees and, yellow jackets.
