First time playing Moody gardens golf and I would highly recommend it! Even though conditions were a bit difficult because of the wind course conditions very good and layout was player friendly. First-time playing seaside course in Galveston but like challenging courses so you need to flight your ball per weather conditions, all in all very good golf course!

The course needs lots of work, practice facility next to nothing. Only played because of golf now discount otherwise not worth to spend more than $20 to pay.

Very good course for the money, played on a weekday. The starter recommended playing from the white tees if first time playing and sure enough it was already difficult then. Front 9 more difficult than back and coming to Amen corner was just awesome then hitting on THE island green on a windy day was just sweet! Finished round in 4.5 hrs not bad since we had a tournament that played earlier, will definitely play again! Fairways in good condition and greens played fast.

Forget what the fairway looks like, good place to practice short game. Finished round in 2.5 hrs. so long ad you go past really slow players.
