Good conditions, slow play
Had a 2 couple in front of us- play was slow through the front nine.

Nice course, rough cart paths. Need to finish other 9 holes!
A odd 9 holes with par at 33 and no par 5 holes, but what they had was enjoyable to play. Cart paths were not finished and the layout was irregular- you could tell that these 9 holes were not in sequence. I'd bet that #5 will be either #1 or #18 when they finish the course.
Wide fairways and big greens are both well maintained!

great course, bad bunkers
Pros: wide fairways, challenging greens, great views.
Cons: Pace of play dictated by cart path only on all holes. Course does not drain water well- bunkers and fairways very wet following rain the previous day.
Paid $18.00, easily worth $35.00
