A gem in the gold country. A wonderful course in the heart of the northern California hills. A challenging layout with lightning fast screens. The one thing that impressed me were the bunkers. White sand like sugar, reminded me of Pebble Beach. No kidding. Do yourself a favor and play this track.

Maui Nui is a very nice course in the land of very very nice courses. When we pulled up to the bag drop a staff member met us with a cart, loaded our bags and followed us to the parking lot. Better service than I received the day before at the Plantation Course.

The course is in good shape and is a wonderful layout. There are signs of wear from being played a lot, but the value you receive is incredible in my opinion. The greens could use a good rolling but otherwise are in great shape.

I very much recommend this course. It’s a local gem!

What I arrived I told them 2 seniors. I was told “you used GolfNow. We charge you the highest rate.”

Cost us $20 more than using their website or calling in….

Over priced and $90+. Tee Boxes beat and not level on many cases. Fairways are far from lush with numerous bare spots. Traps are shallow dirt. Greens are difficult, made even
More so because they’re very bumpy and slow.

Really A Shame. I do not recommend this course…

I have wanted to play this course for some time. It’s a bit of a drive, 90 minutes there, 120 black. The pictures you see on GolfNow are beautiful and old. The first hint was the driving range. Only patches of grass and very short. No drivers or hybrids. The fairways are so so. The greens where bumpy and hairy. The tee boxes in some cases were as bad as the driving range. The signature par three island hole had the worst tee box. Pace of play a was 4:45

Just sad

The conditions of this course are sad. The fairways are replete with dead patches and the greens are poor as well. Looks like the greens where punched a month ago and still not healed.

At the rates courses are charging these days this course is not a good destination.

This is a wonderful track. Very minimalist, no club house, etc. Fairways and greens spectacular. A good test. Go, play, enjoy!

course is in phenomenal condition. The fairways are lush In most cases and the greens are wonderful, but should get a roll now in them. The mosquitos and gnats are terrible. Bring your repellent with you!

The staff has a very poor attitude. Rude service n some cases. The conditions are poor. The prices not in line with the course conditions. Changed the layout to build a less than average driving range. Bad decision.

All and all. Go somewhere else!

Nice old school course in good condition. Nice staff. Good value.

Course is in so so shape. Largely taken over by crab grass. Practice facility was so so. Kitchen closed at 1:00 on Saturday.

To start this is a beautiful property. The conditions are not on par for a TPC course though. I playedTPC Las Vegas last week and the course conditions, staff, and facility put Harding to shame. The pace of play was very slow. The greens were very slow. One hole was more square than round. Driving range is concrete with carpeting hitting off of mats. Finally the staff is not as professional as many courses I have played. In fact there are more staff standing around talking with each other than I have seen at any other course. In short this is an over priced Muni Course with mediocre conditions for a muni.
