The greens are outstanding. Fun course to play , although it can get a little dangerous in spots because of the closeness from greens to the next tee box. I was hit hard in the chin from a sculled shot from close range when I was standing on the 3rd tee. I was very lucky, I could have been seriously hurt. The ball came from about 30 yards away on the 2nd hole. The fairways are good, the tee boxes are not. Short par 4's, but tough par 3's ranging from 150 - almost 200 yards. I took my son who is a new golfer and he loved it. Really good practice for your short game. The sand traps are poor. I love the greens. They are as good as any higher priced course.
