I played with my son and daughter and we had a great time. Course was in good condition and the staff was extremely friendly.

The course is not very well maintained. The greens were nice but everything else was not maintained.
Stumpy Lake Golf Course

Played this course with my son and daughter. My daughter only plays once every couple of years. We were obviously not the fastest three some on the course. We were approached by the ranger who very politely let us know we were about a hole behind. We picked up the pace and were never approached again. The course itself is a nice layout. It's nice when you get to use every club in the bag. Tee boxes and fairways were in good shape, I just wish the golfers in this area knew how to fix their ball marks.
Chesapeake Golf Club

This course did not live up to my expectations. The fairways were good but the tee boxes were hairy and uneven and the greens were horrible. There are a lot of courses in the area and I won't be going back to this one.

First off let me say how sorry I am about your experience at Chesapeake golf club.
I completely agree, we have 3 greens that are over heated due to this weather, we didn't want to cut the fairways nor the tee boxes to short because of it as well.
We will be punching the greens this Monday 8-29-16 to get a better air flow for the greens. We have always had the best greens in the area, I would love for you to come back out and try us again, on me.

Honey Bee Golf Club

This is a nice course in good shape. Greens were fast and rolled well. You could tell it wasn't played by regulars because nobody fixed their ball marks. I fixed 4 or 5 per hole. Do not walk it, there are some holes with a lot of distance between hole and next tee. Well worth the bargain price.
Cypress Point Country Club

This is a nice course for the money. You could spend $80-$100 for a course like this in other areas. The fairways were plush and the greens held very well. I would recommend playing this course if you are in the area.
Bow Creek Golf Course

Tee boxes were hairy and uneven. Some areas you could not tell where the fairway ended and the rough began. Clumps of weeds in fairways. No one fixed ball marks on green. If you're looking to practice, and don't want to go to the range, you can whack the ball around this course for less money. If you're looking for a good golf experience, choose a different course.

The day we played the course was very wet (carts on path only) but we still enjoyed it. Under better conditions I believe it would have been a much better experience.
