PAR 3 COURSE - Fantastic Condition Though

Great course, although we didn't realize that it was a par 3 course which was frustrating to discover. Overall, great par 3 though with some challenging holes (a couple 230, 220, 215 yard holes).

Pretty darn nice course, which you would expect from a semi-private course.

Great location and great value.
Oceanfront which is nice, especially on a good day. Greens are well maintained. Only thing I would suggest is maybe trimming the rough, it gets a bit hairy!!
