Played On 03/24/2024Unfriendly staff and Bad Management
This was the second Day in a row I played this course. The staff were even more unfriendly, and the clubhouse charged me $100 to slide up 5 tee times. They then added a player who originally paid $100 for his round to our group after I paid $100 to move my father and my tee times up.
They don’t answer their phones, they don’t understand how to work with the guests. The members are rude and make you feel unwanted.
I would pay $50 to play here at most and don’t want expect amy sympathy from their staff.
0/5 pace of play and the Marshalls won’t help out.

They also send foursomes off the back in front of you when making the turn!!
Look elsewhere. I am sad I waisted two beautiful days of golf with my father.

I play here about 3 times a year. The greens were punched the week before we played and we were able to book a great deal at Knollwood. My buddy and I played for $25 each and we didn’t wait to hit one shot. Usually the pace of play at Knollwood deters me from coming back soon, but I will probably try to play Knollwood a few more times this year if it’s a quiet as it was earlier this week.
Course is in pretty good condition, I would assume the greens have returned to their normal selves by now. If you are looking for a good place to play, try out Knollwood.

If anyone is reading reviews to see if this course is worth it. Stop right here. I’m home from LA for a few weeks in Kalamazoo and I drove up with my dad and some of his buddies. The 70 min drive from Kzoo to Holand was perfect and the course was PERFECT. Greens were just sanded but I didn’t think about it twice. 1-18 are all spectacular with a beautiful surrounding community. Staff was great, we teed’d off at 9am on a Tuesday and never had an issue with pace or course matinance. I must have seen 20 happy employees working on the course.
