They are not ready to be opened...

The course played difficult because there were nothing to assist in the field of vision.

Most holes are blind shots. That's not the only challenge, there is no satellite connection to assist in overview of the course. There is no hole layout, either on the card or additional book as you would find at other courses charging the same fees but supply those items. Wish this would have been disclosed prior to signing up. Guess they would rather have you there and upset than give you opportunity to make decision to not play until they are in position to properly serve the golfer accordingly.

Being newly developed, a player must travel over gravel dirt road terrain. However distance between Greens and next tees are lengthy... then when you arrive at next green, numerous green approach areas to walk from the cart to the green is over 40 yards.... this course will never play under 5 hours when high season hits. Rocks all around course are scenic, however white balls are not suggested as any attempt to find a stray ball will additionally cause slow play.

Directions to the course are challenging. GPS assists, but when you arrive at the Trailer it has no direct connection as to where the GOLF CLUB for Victory is. Once finally identified, outside service assumed you had played there before and did not give advise as to water, driving range, hole 1 location, directions overall. Had to ask for all the information and directions... they were there for the handout of tips... funny how that works!

When you run out of road your there, but confusing to say the least where additional milage signage would assist someone who has never played.

We won't be back and will not recommend anyone to go through the challenges we experienced. To many other locations willing to make certain the enjoyment is up to the expectations for the golfer.
