Wow! We played the Canyon course and can’t wait to play the Palmer side. Customer service was excellent from golf bag drop off to counter check in agent. Great price on beer and hot dogs! Service at Snack shack was awesome! Practice facility is great with fairly new balls. The course itself is in awesome condition! We played from the blues and found it to be challenging but fun. Loved the par 3s.

Give it a growing season and Mystic Dunes will be back to a must play while in Orlando.

Cons:
Value not there at $300/player. At best the value is there in the $130-140 range. No ice in cooler or water and range closed gave us the wrong first impression. No GPS in cart! Carts not turned on. It seemed like starter and staff were disorganized. No marshals on course to monitor play. Took threesome in front of us to play the 1sr hole in 15 minutes. No beverage cart on course. It’s all inclusive, but you really have one station between #4 Jungle and #16 Lakes to get drinks and sandwiches. The course: Patchy greens on the Jungle side specifically#1, #2, #3 and #4 was being top dressed. The greens are not consistent on the Jungle side but some what better on the Lake side. Not at all impressed with Moon palace.
Pros:
Food and drink station bartender super great and friendly.
Sports Bar after golf was ok but lacks in choices of beer, liquor is not premium for sure. All Inclusive??? Food ok but not hot.
Take your money to Riviera Cancun Golf, just bought by Hard Rock Casinos.
Feel like am a complainer but if the rate is $300/player am expecting a 1st golf course with awesome amenities.

Love playing this course because it’s always in great condition. Greens are typical Jack Nicklaus greens you’ve got to know how to read greens. Front nine is easier than the back nine: 10 and 18 are probably the easiest holes. The cart guy made the best Bloody Mary’s ever only thing missing was the olives celery and bacon. Did I say it’s all inclusive? Try the Ceviche in the restaurant it’s the bomb. It’s now a Hard Rock Golf course. Thank You Golfnow.

All I can say make sure you play the right tees to really enjoy this awesome golf course. Our threesome had it all t ourselves.

After playing Chimura and Bali Hai, our 4 some agreed that we got better value at those two golf courses. The pro shop was covered with ugly drapes I guess to keep wedding party from looking in. No grill or drinks available after the round due to private party. Superintendent is loosing some of the fairways however I will give kudos to the greens. The greens were rolling good. They seem to have a high turnover on staff which indicates problems to me. Definitely would not pay $174/145 to play here. There are better experiences in Las Vegas for the quoted green fees. Yes the views of the strip are ok but would you rather drive a clunker convertible or a 2022 BMW convertible in and around Las Vegas.

This place has to be the best bargain in Orange County for seniors. Paid an extra $5 a player for the all inclusive meal. The food was excellent. The course is fun and challenging. I could play this course everyday if I lived in Orange County. Took three of us 4:20 to play the course. Like everywhere else COVID has made the service industry make adjustments. We had to sit outside in their pavilion to eat a meal which was well worth it. Keep up the great work Coyote Hills!!

Staff is awesome:from golf bags pick up to clubhouse staff to starter. Wife and I teed off at 6:40 am and we were done by 9:30. Was told by Pro that they are getting to reseed so check on that before booking.

Jack Nicklaus design. Bring your A game to play from the back tees. #12 #13 and #14 are the best 3 consecutive holes. The donut hole #17 requires a perfect shot. The finishing hole is an island green that is all carry. Wife and I play this course because of the challenge, course condition and the staff and they don’t disappoint. Tip: If you download the Vidanta app they will do discounted rates from 6:30am to 8:49 am that includes golf clubs for $50. The rentals clubs are AP1s.

Check in was quick, no problems there. Pro shop staff let us start on the back 9 since there were 2 groups waiting on 1st tee box. We decided to start on the back 9 since our taxi driver would be waiting until we finished playing. It took my wife and I 3 1/2 hours to play!! It would have been quicker had my wife not been taking pictures of this awesome golf course by the beach. The course itself was in great condition! This is a Robert Trent Jones design that will challenge you. Get a deal through GolfNow because if you book through the golf course you will pay the rack rate of around $150-160 a player. I used the rewards I had with GolfNow and ended paying $170 for wife and I for a tee time at 8:40am. The course is a little ways from downtown Mazatlan so plan your transportation accordingly. There is Uber in Mazatlan!

Course in great shape. Staff very attentive and courteous.

Some of the tee boxes need some attention. This is a must play course that will test your golf skills. Will have lots of memories from this course. Views are awesome.

Practically had the whole course to ourselves. Friendly staff. Cart was clean, but GPS was intermittent. We played in 3 1/2 hours. Wifey bought MORE blouses because they were on sale.

Course is always in good condition. Practice facilities are great. Played the blues and love the challenge of the par 3s

The Good side is no more. The Ugly and the Bad are in great shape. Greens roll true! Bring your A game because this course is challenging from the blue markers, but it is fun. Bunkers in great condition and strategically placed. A couple of par 3s are all carry choose your club wisely. No beverage cart when we played.

Enjoyed our round but didn’t have time to finish playing last hole, we teed off at 2:24. Course in great shape but greens were a little rough: looked like someone was dragging their feet. It was worth the $50 that we each paid. I would definitely play it again.

Excellent grill by first tee. Omelettes are a good portion so share! Excellent short game practice facility. 180 yards max on drive range. Used driver and 3 wood once. Loved the challenge of most holes. Staff excellent. One beverage cart, ask the girl for the promotion of the day. She is great.
