The course appeared to be in good shape.
Nice challenging greens.
The fairways where cut well with definition visible between the different cuts.
And thank God there carts were in good shape.

I started playing here 4 years ago.
Twilight rate was $16.
Then $19 then $23 then $26 and it is now at $29
The only reason I still play there is my brother.
The greens always have some issues.

Improve update cart paths.
Tee boxes in need of some attention.
Greens where inconsistent but the weather also played a role (raining)
Other then these observations I enjoy this golf course.
The golf carts are really nice to.

Had a good day with my brother. But all previous reviews I've read are spot on.
It appears from a distance to be a nice course. But once your on the course all expectations are dashed.
Fairways are like a cow pasture. There were a few decent fairway approaches but that was about it.. mole holes/ trails.. tee boxes were basically nicely mowed rectangles..
Now the greens..... inconsistent patchy, don't count on your ball rolling the line you putt.. a 3 at best out of 10.
But last of all the cart patches SUCK!

This course has dunes..lol
And plenty of water.
Pretty challenging for a sub average
Hack.
The greens gave me plenty to complain about, along with the ratty tee boxes.
All in all pretty views and quiet..
Except for the occasional jet..lol oh well.

Miserable time.
The golf carts are crap.
We were told to let a group pass us that was playing skins.
If you don't want your precious skins an scramble match interrupted then don't sell tee times.
Then we went to start the back nine and a man and his son jumped in the way.
The course is nothing more then a well mowed pasture.
Cart paths were none existent.
Gravel, sand, wash off.
And of course the tee box (red tees)
Are obviously in need of attention.
The only improvement I seen was they finally demolished that safety hazard ancient club house.
The greens were at least in decent condition.

The only thing that bugged me was tee box markers to small and need re-painted.
