Wekiva Golf Club

Upon arrival I felt I was back in time. It’s obvious this golf club has been here for years.
Club house was roomy. Carts were electric and operated good.
The course Is average. Tee boxes big, as well as the greens of good size.
If there was an area for improvement it would be the fare ways and cart paths show there age.
So in closing I will stay in my zip code area. I can play my average courses for $10 less.

My brother and I play Wekiva about once every 6 weeks.
Its are go to course when others are erriating
Or I'm tired of are home course.
We have never had a complaint.
It would be a more attractive experience if the tee boxes were in good shape.

The course is in good condition, greens in good health, but slow. They always have been.
Fareways nice near the greens. Several of the tee boxes are in need of some attention.
Over all The course is the best it’s been in a couple of years

They make you have to join another player
They make you ride with that player
If I wanted buddy upped I would ha e brought my buddy.

It is a common course policy to pair up single players, especially during busier days at the course. We do our best to accommodate all of our golfers when possible, but we apologize if this was not communicated with you properly. This was my first time.
At first glance as we pulled in was “oh lord the club house is a double wide and the carts are kept in a large canvas shed” I’ve seen places like this before that turned out to be less then desirable outings.
All first impressions went out the window as soon as we entered the pro shop.
The staff were very friendly down to earth. The pro shop had adequate merchandise selection and my buddy even picked up a $10 chipper.
I couldn’t find one thing to complain about on the course. It appeared taken care of by staff that know what there doing. The greens were huge!

I can’t tell if I’m putting good or bad.
No consistency in the greens..
One green will be splotchy
Another with sod patches
And in between several ok greens.
Cart paths could be improved.
I give it a 8.5 out of 10
