The greens did not live up to the advertisement. The only redeeming value of the course was the cleanliness of the fairways

Enjoyed the course as always. Nevertheless, the course staff seem to frown on GOLFNOW customers. I love enjoying a variety of course throughout the country with the ease of the GOLFNOW app and a warm welcome at all destinations. Why would a employee of City Club of Marietta, great me with an unhanded welcome stating, “Oh your a GOLFNOW booking” very condescending and patronizing. Even the best intentions can be misconstrued as ignorance but wow!!!! Ultimately I love the course but the attitude of the employees leaves a lot to be desired in customer service.

I've played this course many times and it never ceases to amaze me. The course is very well maintained and scenic. The 1st hole is an introduction into links sanctuary. I really enjoyed my experience despite the large grass shavings left on a few holes (1,9 and 18), I will definitely return again sooner than later.

The gentleman in the pro shop where exceptionally welcoming and greeted me with a warm smile. Also, as I got into my cart I was greeted by a gentleman who gave me direction and a cold drink of water. As I approached the driving range I had A pyramid of practice balls at my venue of choice. A+'s all the way gentleman!!!!

We sincerely apologize for any perceived attitude when you played the other day. We strive to treat all of our players with respect no matter what price they have paid to play. I have spoken with the employee and they have assured me that there was no malice intended and they feel bad it was taken that way.
