We love the course, great layout, interesting holes but the condition of the fairways is terrible this year.. No grass!. Greens are reasonable but a bit slow. Staff are very friendly and pace of play was great, 3 1/2 hrs. In this condition it is not good value.

Have played here many times but I will not be back. Played after a rain which is never good at Lansbrook because holes 5, 6 ,12, 13 and 15 become unplayable. The fairways on these holes are muddy and never in great shape at the best of times and are mostly cart path only. Every time we play there the pace of play on the front is reasonable but then groups always cut in on the turn and things grind to a halt. It is too bad because they do have some of the best greens in the area.
There are many other courses in the area that are better value for the money so our foursome will not be back.

Played here as a foursome, February 1. We have played here many times. Firstly we had to wait at the bag drop because of a shortage of carts. Then we were fifteen minutes late teeing off. The starter was complaining about one group that refused to speed up play. Ineffective marshalling? When we got to number three a par three there were four groups on the hole. This is a usual bottle neck but not to that extent and it normally speeds up after that but yesterday it did not leading to a five and a half hour round, The two groups ahead of us were consistently a hole behind and showed no signs of caring. We did not see a Marshall the whole day. It appears that they put groups out at seven minute intervals which does not seem to work. We will probably give it one more try before we give up on it because we like the course. There are many other courses in the area to choose from so this is not acceptable.

They need to marshal first three holes as there is always a back up. Always three to four groups on number 3 tee which adds 20 to 30minutes or more to every round.. After that the pace usually picks up.
Later in the day they let groups cut in on number 10 which should not be allowed as it slows play.
Very nice course with good greens and fairways. Good variety of holes.

Very well run from check-in to cart return. Tee times are always very close to being on time and there is a player assistant to keep things moving.
