I have not played Links of Challendon in over 15 years. They have had multiple owner changes. The new management team is doing a great job. I would rate everything 4.5. It will be a 5 when tee boxes are reseeded. A few fairways could use extra seed as well.
Excellent friendly staff with great food. I will definitely be back. My Dad & I had a great time. I shot 83 but I should have been in the 70's. I had some relapses in execution. I will be back. Keep up the great work. When I come back hopefully, I can rate you a 5.

River Marsh at the Hyatt Cambridge is one of my favorite courses in MD. It takes me over 1 hour & 30 minutes to get there & it is worth it. It has a challenging & scenic lay out. Course just opened back up because of all the snow & it was in really good shape but wet because of the snow. Shot 79. Almost had hole in one on #17 which is a tough hole. It was playing 230 with wind in your face from the blue tees. Looking forward to when the restaurant opens up. Good crab cake at the restaurants on property.

White Clay CC is a gem. Very challenging & well kept golf course. It is the best course, I have played this year. I am an avid golfer & I play once or twice a week so this is a Huge compliment. Important to pick the correct tees because there are many force carries & the course plays longer than the score card. Shot 74 because I birdie #9 & #18. Greens roll fast and true. You really have to have your thinking cap on for this course. Suggestions to even improve, there are no sandwiches & restaurant is closed Mon & Tues. Food should be available. With Covid 19, I would not recommend having the young attendants pick up bags & clean clubs. Right now, it is important to have less contact to keep everyone safe. Pre -Covid 19, bag pick up & cleaning clubs is a great touch. Rob, the starter & our cart girl were excellent. I will be coming back. It was worth the drive from Maryland :) Keep Up The Great Job.

TPC Harding Park was a pleasure to play. I would highly recommend walking the course. I was able to get a hot deal for a great price on Memorial Day weekend. I was in town to celebrated 50th birthday celebration for close friend Troy from college. Shot 47 front 40 on back with 1 birdie for total 87. Looking to come back in August to Play Pebble Beach courses & I will play Harding Park again to shoot a lower score. Definitely put this course on your list. They are having 2020 PGA Championship.

I played Honey Run for my 51st birthday. I treated my dad and we had a great time. Staff and golfers were very friendly. It is a challenging course with character. Greens were treated a few weeks ago & they still were running fast and true. The course was playing long. Not sure if it was the mountain air. I am single digit handicap golfer. I shot 85. Looking forward to coming back to shoot a better score. I would definitely recommend playing this course even if you have a drive. It was work the trip. Great price on GolfNow was a nice birthday gift to myself :)
