Not bad! Pretty wide open but also some tight challenging shots
-greens were in great shape , definitely a little slow (local kid said there always slow ) but they were smooth at 3pm! Also mostly flat greens 8/10
-Water in play on most of the holes
-bunkers were ok, 6/10
-fairways were average for a municipal 7/10
- rough was a little weedy , not really patchy and cut to a manageable length 6/10
- few doglegs off the tee
-small but good putting green/ no driving range
- very flat I walked it easily !! 10/10. Carts looked decent non gps

Great design a lot of fun , good views, greens were good , in great shape overall , carts have nice padded seats ,

Course was in great shape!!! Worth the money!! Some Tee boxes and greens are VERY CLOSE to each other !!!! No nets , lot of FOREs!!
Lots of scenic views , very well maintained
Greens 9/10 were smooth at 3pm on a Saturday!! They were quick and a good amount of break, few dome style greens , few small greens on shorter holes

Fairways 9/10 good divots

Rough 9/10 was usually tall and thick, still playable , not to many dead spots

Half the course is either an uphill or downhill shot off the tee or onto green
No driving range
Two chipping / putting greens with two bunkers
Really nice restaurant with big outdoor patio with fire pit overlooking putting green area
One or two cart path only holes
Good carts , no GPS
Mostly paved cart paths
Cart girl was always around

Great layout some easy holes some tough , some narrow fairways water in play on a few holes , nice and spread out ,good signage for getting from hole to hole, Lot of great views , mountains in background couple fountains, tall grass in the marsh areas looked cool . I thought it was a fair challenge

Greens were good some more dinged up then others , they rolled good, fair amount of slope on most greens , they seemed fast today 7/10

Fairways were average 6/10

Bunkers were ok no rocks all clean but a heavy sand but always consistent 6/10
Rough was average not always perfect 7/10

Putting and chipping green was in great shape 7 flags , good size 8/10

iron only range ( there was a big group lesson so they said I couldn’t use range and that it was private , not sure if anyone can use it )

-Practice green , range, cart barn, pro shop , restaurant and mobile bar are all conveniently right next to each other near the 1st and 10th tee 10/10

-Beverage cart was great always around at the right time , super friendly and good drinks 10/10

-Electric carts, no gps, super comfortable seat cushion, my cart seemed a little slow , can’t take them in parking lot

-Not very hilly at all definitely walkable

All cart paths are crushed stone and dirt , kinda dusty

Pretty open, wide fairways ,easy to find balls under trees , very scenic lots of ponds and fountains, great views overall
Not to many really challenging holes , an average layout
Greens were ok they did they trick but slow, kinda bumpy ,like it just held every footprint 6.5/10
Fairways were great 9/10
Bunkers were good no pebbles 8.5/10
Rough was good, some weeds, but not many dry spots 8.5/10
Shot an 86 my average is 88, took 4hrs, had a good time !!

Pretty fairly priced
2 putting greens and a 5 bay , iron only range , both conveniently located near parking lot, club house and 1st hole , range is cheap and there’s balls everywhere to use !!!
Carts were somewhat newer but getting a little noisy// Cart girl did a good job circling the course

I played really well and had a good time

Great chipping and putting green .. I don’t think there’s a range ..easy cart pickup, starter is on point with tee times but a good dude .. good quiet electric carts with gps, except there kinda slow and the gps slows you down to a miserable slow crawl , if you drive to close to water or OB . .. course was in GREAT Shape overall 9/10… greens where PURE , great shape quick some with lots of breaks 10/10..Sand traps 8/10.. course is mostly wide open with a great layout some short holes but also some tight challenging holes ..not the hardest course ever but fun , a few lay up holes , long and short par 3s ..rough wasn’t crazy long.. fairways in great shape ..no cart girl … but a little halfway house .. a few holes with water in play.. not really to many cool views .. 9/10 overall

The most taken care of parts of the course are near the road…
75% of the Bunkers were terrible 2/10, few of the greens were recked but the others rolled good 7/10 , lotta weeds but the rough was decent , fairways 6.5/10.. pretty wide open , few tight shots , some of the course has high rough instead of trees (just part of the challenge), some cool views , couple of almost island greens , water in play a few holes , no ball washers, good carts, 2 chipping/ putting greens, overall feels like a course that used to be real nice but is slowly falling apart , always take a preferable lie and it’s not so bad , should be 18 and cart $40-50
