Course was in great shape! Couple pin locations were treacherous, but I blamed it on my paired up playing partner, the recently hired Course Maintenance Mgr, who snuck in 9 quick holes (on his birthday, no less) with us. Fun time with our foursome. Fairways nice and greens were receptive, and rolled nicely. Hope to play it again often before returning home. Kinda pricey unless you’re a local, or schedule a tee time on line at a discounted rate during late afternoon hours. We finished just about sunset time in 4:15 hours.

Lack of rainfall has apparently contributed to some sparse conditions on tee boxes. Fairways and greens were good; greens could have been a little quicker, but rolled well. Nice undulation, and some elevated and bunker protected greens required accurate approach shots. Ranger was friendly and helpful; beverage cart lady was efficiently making her rounds and cordially provided ice. My partner and I played as a 2-some as the other 2 didn’t show. First time playing with this gent who was a true gentleman who made my round so enjoyable! We found a couple dozen balls, obviously a testament to the necessity of accuracy on this tight, but aesthetically appealing course. When back in the Orlando area, I’d definitely play the course again.

Excellent weather in afternoon and enjoyed the discounted rate after 2. Not as crowded as I expected, probably due to Valentines Day and a Tuesday. Friendly staff, equipment and course very good. No GPS in carts, no beverage cart or water on course. Tees and fairways in nice condition. Greens marked up and “dotted” with many unrepaired ball marks , causing some putts to bounce off line occasionally. .

Played in afternoon; course was packed. Confusion when checking in at pro shop; they didn’t have my name on tee sheet, but had my online confirmation number. Technical issues with Golf Now app?? Staff graciously assigned me same tee time but as a twosome behind a foursome. Our 3rd golfer didn’t show. Tees, fairways and greens in great shape. Links style course to the eye. The 4-some ahead kindly asked if we wanted to play through, but there were several 4-somes ahead, so we happily stayed put, playing along at an ok pace. Made the turn and suddenly there were a 3-some and 4-some thrown in front of the foursome we were following. Had to wait 10-15 minutes to tee off on 10, then play slowed to a stop! Very disappointing and disruptive to stand around waiting to play a shot. No rangers out to address the issue. Hope to play the course again, but hope the starters and staff can figure out the correct logistics for moving players from one 9 to the 2nd 9, since there are 3 nine hole courses.

Enjoyed the course. Even though it started misting, then sprinkling, then soft rains, the course played well. Greens were true and not super fast, but well maintained. Staff was mostly friendly; under a little duress, I sensed, from a shortage of usable carts st this time. As a single, was paired up with 3 younger gents with whom I enjoyed our round. I even got to witness one of the guys, Daren Bayne, from Washington state, get his first-ever hole in one on the Par 3, #17, 162 yarder, with a well struck 8 iron!! Overall a really good day at a really good course.

Forecast was mostly cloudy with low percentage for rain, but from hole 7-18, our group played in light drizzle to light showers and heavy pockets of mist. Course was in real good condition and greens were true with lots of undulation, depending upon pin position (#2 today.) I thought the majority of the staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the layout with challenging par 3’s. One in our group hit a perfect 8 iron from the yellow tees at the Par 3, #17th hole - 162 yarder for his first ever ACE! Exciting time, followed by a birdie 4 at the great finishing hole, par 5 #18!! I’ll definitely put Eagle Creek GC on my “play it again “ list, for when my son comes into town this weekend!

Pro shop gent very accommodating to me for having to modify my tee time to a bit later. Professional and courteous (Robin was his name, I believe) course was in very nice shape; greens held and rolled quickly. Super friendly staff all around; beverage cart lady, food service Mgr, pro shop attendant. Everyone was cognizant and instructive as to the social distancing and sanitizing protocols.
