Greens, fairways and T boxes were a little rough. The pace of play was horrid- played 16 holes in 5.5 hrs and then left. No Marshall

Not worth driving from vegas- no cost break so you are better off playing in LV.

T boxes and fairways were in good shape. The fungus on the greens appears to be fixed. The pace of play was brutal- took us & hours and 45 minutes to play. The two groups in front of us were both flow znd a womens lesgue just finishing didn’t help. Waited 5-10 minutes every hole to hit.
Staff member was driving send lecturing folks on the 45 degree rule. His demeanor was not hood but he did say he was a volunteer

The T boxes were in pretty good shape. Several fairways were missing grass in spots and just had sand in these spots. The greens had sand on them as it is apparent they are trying to get this. Course back up to snuff.

We paid 50 bucks and considering the drive and the course condition it will not be my first choice to play at this price

We quit after 10 holes which was approaching 3 1/2 hours. Went back to the office snd complained. There was a young man there who said he had no authority to do anything or offer anything to make it right. He just said he was sorry. We left and were not happy. Would not have booked here if we knew we were following a tournsment

Fairways were pretty good with som3 bald spots. Greens were sanded ten days ago an$ there is still alot of sand on the greens. Some friends are lacking grass.
Pace of play was horrid. We quit after 9 holes which took us 3 1/2 hours.

No complaints as greens and fairways were good. They have tournaments and they get backed up. Slow pace and no marshalls so if you fet behind slow golfers, which we did, your outta luck.

this is a nice executive course for the money. Located in north las Vegas Durango hills offers a nice layout with good greens and nice fairways. The course is in good shape.
The only negative for this course is they have no driving range so your warm up consists of a small area where you hit into a net. . Other than this issue the staff were friendly and it was a nice place to play an executive course

Sand bunkers actually had sand in them !( I know I was in them all day)
T boxes were good
Nice course- a tad narrow if you are a “ slicer”

The fairways and greens are in good shape( overall). However once you leave the fairways you find dead grass or dirt and gravel
where the grass used to be. Bunkers missing sand - it’s like hitting off concrete.
Staff were friendly and the cart girl came around three times during our play. The 19th hole had friendly staff also!

Greens and fairways are in excellent shape . T boxes are also in good shape. If your hall leaves the fairway and gets in the tall grass - forget it. The pot bunkers are tricky and hard to spot - you may have to hit out backwards to get out of the bunker-
Course is in excellent shape- you can’t go wrong booking this course

Pace of play was slow and with no Marshall and plenty of walkers it’s not a fast pace

Fairways and greens were in good shape . The driving range is to the right of the first hole so a slice will kill you. Experienced golfers playing the back T’s will find some decent lengths. Beginners who move up will be within a 100 yds. Sand bunkers are well placed and guard the greens in front on several holes .
Fun course

Primm has two courses- the lakes and the desert. The lakes course in the premier course and in much better condition than the desert, The fairways are lush and the greens are in good condition.
Be aware that Primm gets windy and it you have a little breeze in las Vegas you may have twenty mile per hour garbage at primm,
The tenth hole was not marked well and it took a bit to find it. There is no marshall so if you get stuck behind a slow group - not much you can do.
Overall the course is worth the drive- about 30 minutes from Vegas.
The kitchen closes early and the 19th hole shut down at 330 which seemed a bit early

Fairways are in excellent shape as are the greens. The golf carts have a chip in them so if you leave the fairways or cart path the cart barely moves- need to be aware of that. ( would have been good to have that info early. 19th home is nice and all staff very friendly
