Greens are excellent - somewhat fast but true, (which I like).

I’ve played University Park CC for many years. It is always consistent and if not one of the best but the best golf course in the West Coast of Florida.

Today I had my first hole in one on #16 - however if I didn’t have a hole in one, this course is beautiful - greens were perfect - fairways perfect - play was a little slow on front nine but then the ranger came through for us and got it moving.....very appreciative of that. This course is a first class golf course - as good as Lakewood Ranch new Piper

Okay - so we thought we will try this little known course out in the sticks. From the first hole we are absolutely elated with
#1 excellent condition on fairways and greens with the proper fringe.
#2 Layout is absolutley favulous - ABSOLUTLEY FABULOUS with different elevations, big beautiful greens,
#3 I’m a long hitter and normall it’s a drive and wedge. At this course I used every club in my bag on par 4’s - love that

Played this course 2 years ago when conditions were dry and the course was not in good shape. This year 2018 however, they must have gotten a new greens keeper as the course is in great shape - greens are near perfect and fast - Will fife toy play this course again and again
